  • I designed and developed this e-learning to introduce the ADDIE and SAM models for Instructional Design project management.

Instructional Designers are asked to apply their knowledge to realistic examples, helping them choose the best process for developing learning content.

  • I created this storyboard for converting a compliance training powerpoint into an e-learning course. Members of the International City County Management Association (ICMA) are asked to apply guidelines to various scenarios in order to comply with ICMA standards for ethical conduct.

  • I developed and delivered this workshop to help over 100 undergraduate STEM students discuss, in a job interview setting, the professional skills and competencies they developed during their study abroad experience.

By the end of the workshop, students successfully apply the STAR method for answering behavioral interview questions, with the result of clearly articulating the value of their experience in the context of the workforce.

  • Rumie Learn is an ed tech platform full of learning “Bytes” — micro e-learnings of topics you wish you had learned in school.

As a volunteer manager, I authored, reviewed, and developed Bytes. As a squad lead, I supported a team of 20 volunteers from around the the world.

  • In 2020 and 2021 I worked with a group of volunteers from Colorado Mountain Club (CMC) to assess the feasibility of overhauling their LMS system. As a volunteer-run organization, individuals felt the implementation process was stalling.

To help our group assess the feasibility of implementing a new LMS, I created a logic model to outline the

Assumptions, Inputs, Participants/Activities/Products, Outcomes, and Impact

a new LMS may have on the organization. This one-page summary provided a high-level scoping document to inform stakeholders of the opportunities and impacts presented by this business challenge. It was developed and validated with stakeholders and presented to the learning committee.
