When people asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” the answer always changed, because I was always learning about a new possibility. I am driven by curiosity, and have dedicated my career to empowering others through education and development.

From training teachers in Thailand, to collaborating with technical Subject Matter experts, to coaching professional facilitators and creating learning content for thousands of volunteer leaders, I have embraced opportunities to create impactful learning experiences with measurable results.

Along the way, I have published academic papers, volunteered as a learning consultant for causes I believe in, and stay involved in the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
