When people asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” the answer always changed, because I was always learning about a new possibility. I am driven by curiosity, and have dedicated my career to empowering others through education and development.

I started my career training teachers in Thailand, and since then have found amazing opportunities to collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts, coach professional facilitators, and create learning content for thousands of volunteer leaders around the world. Each of these experiences taught me how to create impactful learning experiences with measurable results.

Along the way, I have published academic papers, volunteered as a learning consultant for causes I believe in, and continue as an active volunteer member of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

When I’m not developing my professional skills, I am trail running, cooking, or working on a DIY project around the house. Learning should be a lifelong adventure.
